Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on automating infrastructure provisioning, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high performance and reliability across our cloud environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure Bicep.Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments and platform automation.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.Develop automation scripts and tools using Python to streamline operational tasks.Design, manage, and optimize SQL databases, ensuring performance tuning and security.Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to deliver scalable platform solutions.Implement infrastructure security controls, identity management, and compliance standards.Manage networking components including VNets, subnets, NSGs, and load balancers.Configure monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.Perform root cause analysis and resolve infrastructure-related incidents.Ensure infrastructure follows best practices for scalability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.Create and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with Infrastructure Engineering.Expertise in Terraform and Azure Bicep for IaC.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture.Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.Strong experience with SQL, including database administration and optimization.Experience with Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of networking, identity management, and cloud governance.SkillsMicrosoft AzureTerraformPythonSQLCI/CD
