What you'll do

  • Support sales opportunities as product expert and demonstrate solution capabilities
  • Understand Criminal Justice Process workflow as it pertains to digital evidence
  • Interview and engage various user work groups within Public Safety agencies
  • Construct needs assessment/analysis with Account Executive to ensure alignment
  • Collect feedback on solution requirements and interface with Product Management
  • Assist in technical responses to RFPs and presentations
  • Build Scope of Work (SOW) documents
  • Continually learn market needs and future trends in the Public Safety sector
  • Develop and deliver presentations to end users, partners and consultants
  • Differentiate NiCE and its competitors when presenting value proposition
  • Maintain existing customer relationships to maximize long-term revenues and referrals

What they require

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field
  • 4+ years experience selling and/or sales engineering into Government verticals and/or Public Safety/Security industry
  • Experience working with government Purchasing personnel related to RFP/Bid responses and state and/or federal contracts
  • Proven consultative selling style with experience in demonstration and presentation preparation
  • Exceptional work ethic
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong desire to win and close business
  • Experience working with and influencing high end decision makers
  • Travel requirement ~50% per month within assigned territory
