As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults and older adults. This role supports our mission to provide innovative and compassionate treatment by combining psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and neuromodulation techniques such as TMS and Spravato.
Position Summary:
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults and older adults. This role supports our mission to provide innovative and compassionate treatment by combining psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and neuromodulation techniques such as TMS and Spravato.
Operating within a unified framework of brain health science, you will conduct thorough 90-minute psychiatric diagnostic evaluations paired with Measurement-Based Care in a rapid access clinical environment. Working in tight, real-time alignment with our Care Coordination team, you will diagnose complex psychiatric conditions, initiate and monitor psychopharmacological stabilization, and seamlessly route patients into appropriate care pathways.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment to adult and older adult population with mental health disorders.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
- Manage psychiatric disorders using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and other non-pharmacologic approaches.
- Maintain an active intake schedule with follow up visits.
- Utilize measurement based care tools.
- Collaborate with the other team members to provide optimal care.
- Identify patients who are appropriate for interventional psychiatry (TMS/SAINT, Spravato) and initiate patient referrals.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations
- Work closely with a clinical team to receive feedback, improve care, and engage in clinical consultation
Required Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Board certification as a PMHNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Familiarity with Measurement-Based Care tools and interventional psychiatry modalities (TMS, esketamine/Spravato, accelerated neurostimulation) is highly preferred.
- Active DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
- Active and unencumbered NP license and NP furnishing number in California (NP103 status is preferred, but not required).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume intake environment with dynamic scheduling and tight care coordination workflows.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The compensation for this position includes:
- Salary: $140,000 annually. This role is also eligible for a quarterly productivity bonus, with on-target earnings of approximately $20,000 annually.
