As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults and older adults. This role supports our mission to provide innovative and compassionate treatment by combining psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and neuromodulation techniques such as TMS and Spravato.

What you'll do

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment to adult and older adult population with mental health disorders.
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
  • Manage psychiatric disorders using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and other non-pharmacologic approaches.
  • Maintain an active intake schedule with follow up visits.
  • Utilize measurement based care tools.

What they require

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing
  • Board certification as a PMHNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
  • Active DEA registration
  • Current BLS certification
  • Active and unencumbered NP license and NP furnishing number in California (NP103 status is preferred, but not required).

  • Salary: $140,000 annually. This role is also eligible for a quarterly productivity bonus, with on-target earnings of approximately $20,000 annually.
