Please answer in writing. A clear, structured answer with concrete examples, numbers, and context is enough — no need for a long essay.
This role requires real hands-on performance marketing depth. We are not looking for a classic delivery PM who only coordinates tasks. We need someone who understands how paid acquisition actually works: account structure, optimization logic, testing mechanics, and channel constraints.
Please describe your hands-on experience with paid acquisition: which channels you worked with most deeply, what budgets and funnel types you managed or oversaw, and where you were personally involved in marketing decisions.
In this role, success is not “tasks delivered on time.” Success is one client metric moving: revenue growth, contribution margin, CPA/CPI reduction, ROAS improvement, or another key unit-economics metric agreed at kickoff.
Please describe one project where you were responsible for improving a key client or business metric: what the target was, what you did to influence it, what result you achieved, and what constraints or trade-offs you had to manage.
A big part of this role is filtering work toward the goal. Clients and internal teams may ask for things that sound reasonable, but not all of them move the metric. We need someone who can separate what matters from noise and reframe the work accordingly.
Please describe a case where you had to push back, re-prioritize, or reframe a client or internal request. What was the request, what did you propose instead, and what happened as a result?
This role owns a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end. We need someone senior and systematic: able to break a goal into clear work, delegate it, control timelines and risks, accept results, and keep documentation and follow-ups under control.
Please describe the largest portfolio or most complex set of projects you managed in parallel: how many clients or workstreams you owned, how you structured the work, and how you made sure nothing dropped.
We work inside AI tools and build AI agents for performance marketing teams. We do not need an engineer, but we do need someone who has already automated parts of their own work and understands how to check AI output.
Please describe one automation or AI-assisted workflow you built or used in your own work: what problem it solved, what tools you used, how you checked the output, and how it changed your day-to-day work.
Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions. We're almost finished with the interview, and we're curious to hear your thoughts on why you're interested in working with Plurio.
