What you'll do

  • Lead multiple technology projects and workstreams through the full project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, delivery roadmaps, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks, and ensure alignment with scope, priorities, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Support release planning, implementation activities, and post-launch follow-up.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between business and technology teams.
  • Facilitate project meetings, discovery sessions, sprint planning, backlog reviews, workshops, and status updates.
  • Communicate project status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and business needs into actionable project plans.
  • Build collaborative relationships across departments to drive alignment and successful execution.
  • Partner with business product owners to understand workflows, operational challenges, priorities, and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical product owners and development teams on prioritization, backlog management, requirements refinement, delivery planning, and implementation.
  • Support discovery efforts by documenting workflows, requirements, decisions, and success criteria.
  • Ensure business requirements remain aligned with technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and scope changes.
  • Develop mitigation strategies, resolve delivery blockers, and escalate issues with recommendations when appropriate.
  • Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, status reports, decision logs, and project communications.
  • Contribute to improving project management standards, delivery processes, reporting, templates, and operational workflows while fostering accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

What they require

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, technology project delivery, product operations, business operations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience leading technology, software development, automation, data, infrastructure, or enterprise solution initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects involving both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance practices, and delivery frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, backlog management, and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience developing project plans, timelines, status reports, risk registers, and project documentation.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in media, advertising, analytics, AI, or technology-driven organizations is a plus.
  • CAPM, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certification is a plus.
