We’re looking for an outstanding Project Manager to join our team. This role is available across our primary LATAM hub in Peru. What you will be doing Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery of technology projects from kickoff through close. Define scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets in partnership with clients and delivery teams. Manage risks, dependencies, and change, and keep stakeholders informed. Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) as appropriate. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement. Track progress, remove blockers, and report status to leadership and clients. Ensure quality delivery that stays aligned with business goals. What you bring to the table Proven experience managing software or technology projects end to end. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk. Comfort working in a client-facing consulting environment. The ability to use AI tools to improve productivity. Bonus points if you… PMP, CSM, or an equivalent certification. A technical background or experience managing engineering teams. Experience with project management tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, etc.). Experience delivering projects across multiple industries.
