JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Project Manager with hands-on experience working on US-based construction projects, ideally within high-end or luxury custom residential construction.
This role will serve as a key communication and coordination point across the company, helping manage client relationships, support project execution, review construction documents and budgets, and improve internal processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable reading blueprints, and confident communicating with high-expectation clients and construction professionals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary communication link between management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Read, understand, and interpret construction blueprints, plans, specifications, and project documents
- Analyze and evaluate vendor estimates, proposals, and construction budgets
- Coordinate with internal employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Track project requirements, follow-ups, deliverables, and outstanding items
- Help ensure projects remain aligned with quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations
- Manage client communications with a strong focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively communicate solutions
- Support the delivery of high-end custom homes while maintaining rigorous quality standards
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and communication systems
- Learn and adapt to company-specific procedures, tools, and project management systems
- Provide general project coordination and administrative support as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3+ years of professional experience working on US-based construction projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent baccalaureate-level education
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and finishes
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
- Professional communication skills suitable for working with high-net-worth and high-expectation clients
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
