About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end process of launching marketing communications - from the initial request to campaign dispatch.
The role is focused on stakeholder communication, requirements formalization, execution coordination, quality control, and continuous improvement of the campaign workflow.
What you'll own
- Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end — from request intake to launch.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and formalize requirements.
- Translate business requests into clear tasks, priorities, and timelines.
- Coordinate execution across teams and keep launches on track.
- Ensure campaign quality and help reduce errors and rework.
- Improve the campaign workflow through better processes, templates, and checklists.
What makes you a strong fit
- 3+ years in Project Management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Ability to structure ambiguous requests and drive them to completion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, tech environment.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Currently based outside Russia and Belarus.
Nice to have
- Basic SQL or experience working closely with analytics/technical teams.
- Experience in marketing, CRM, or customer communications.
