What you'll do

  • Support global HEOR programs, with a focus on Joint Clinical Assessment submissions, systematic literature reviews, statistical analyses, and economic models.
  • Partner with senior scientific leaders to ensure projects are well-planned, well-run, and delivered on time and to expectation.
  • Work closely with scientific project leads and cross-functional contributors across evidence synthesis, statistics, and health economic modelling.
  • Own end-to-end project management, including planning, resourcing, timeline development, progress tracking, risk management, and delivery oversight across individual projects and portfolios of work.
  • Support or lead client-facing project management discussions.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and reports.
  • Ensure clear communication of status, risks, dependencies, and actions.
  • Monitor scope changes and manage change order processes.
  • Document impacts on timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal workflows.
  • Facilitate alignment across disciplines.
  • Document decisions and actions.
  • Support monitoring and evaluation of agreed processes and milestones.
  • Coordinate internal and external review cycle timelines.
  • Collate feedback from external reviewers.
  • Ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support financial and scope tracking.
  • Escalate risks or resourcing issues early to project leadership.
  • Work with clients to maintain an organized repository of deliverables.
  • Support strategic portfolio oversight and prioritization.
  • Work with senior leadership to balance competing demands, optimize resource allocation, and align project execution with broader organizational and client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain standardized project management tools and templates.
  • Ensure best practices are applied consistently across projects and teams.
  • Facilitate cross-project knowledge sharing and lessons learned.
  • Help improve delivery quality and inform future study design and execution.
  • Leverage project management tools and data to generate insights where possible.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making and transparent reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Support proposal development and study start-up activities, including timeline development, where required.

What they require

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or related environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role, supporting or leading project management communications.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting HEOR, evidence synthesis, health economics, modelling, or market access projects.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with JCA submissions, HTA processes, or global evidence strategy programs.
  • Preferred: Experience coordinating work delivered by statisticians, health economists, and systematic review teams.
  • Preferred: Awareness of project financials, resourcing constraints, and scope management.
  • Preferred: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
