We are seeking a Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of data center engineering design projects. In this role, you will partner with project managers and technical leaders to help guide projects from early planning through final construction-ready design documents.

What you'll do

  • Support project planning efforts by helping define project milestones, schedules, deliverables, and priorities.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor project progress, facilitate communication, and help keep work aligned with project goals.
  • Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members through clear and consistent communication.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination discussions while documenting key decisions and action items.
  • Track the development of engineering and architectural deliverables, including drawings, models, reports, and calculations.
  • Assist with project quality management activities and coordinate internal review processes.
  • Support project financial management by tracking budgets, monitoring project performance, and assisting with invoicing and contract administration.
  • Help identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts while maintaining project documentation.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale, multi-building data center campuses focused on efficient use of land, power, and water resources.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required.
  • 4+ years of experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry with increasing project responsibilities.
  • 2+ years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably supporting multidisciplinary engineering or architectural projects.
  • Experience working with large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or campus-style developments is beneficial.
  • Understanding of engineering and design processes, project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across teams and support collaboration among diverse project stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
