Job Description About the Role: Provide overall leadership and management of the commercial project from design through construction and handover. Manage project delivery in accordance with approved time, cost, quality, safety, and contractual requirements. Lead coordination between the client, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders. Oversee design development, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Review and monitor project programmes, progress, risks, issues, and recovery measures. Ensure effective coordination between civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and specialist works. Monitor contractor performance, quality, safety, resources, and compliance with project requirements. Lead project review meetings and ensure timely closure of key actions and decisions. Review project costs, variations, claims, and commercial matters in coordination with the relevant teams. Ensure effective project reporting, governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Identify and resolve critical project issues and manage escalations effectively. Drive successful project completion, snagging, commissioning, handover, and closeout.
