Highly organised, detail-focused individual to join the PMO & Services Operations team for supporting project delivery with systems setup, resource coordination, forecasting, auditing, invoicing. Works closely with consultants, project teams, operations, and finance.

What you'll do

  • Setting up and maintaining projects in internal systems
  • Supporting resource booking, scheduling, and coordination
  • Tracking project budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expenses where needed
  • Auditing and maintaining system data to ensure accuracy and cleanliness
  • Coordinating between SPP and Finance to support accurate invoicing
  • Working with project teams to ensure forecasts are current and accurate
  • Keeping project plans and timelines up to date, including baseline and actual timelines
  • Supporting governance by helping ensure project processes, templates, and reporting standards are followed
  • Carrying out charge analysis and helping maintain strong financial control across project activity

What they require

  • Experience working with project financials, including reconciling revenue and expenses
  • Confidence using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira Roadmaps and Confluence
  • Experience working with SPP and/or similar project or professional services systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to keep data, systems, and reporting accurate
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
  • A self-motivated, organised, and professional approach
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technical environment
  • A helpful, personable, and team-oriented attitude
