What you'll do

  • Own and deliver TURN2X projects from origination to RTB / FID-ready status , securing all permits and feedstock contracts while navigating complex stakeholder environments in Spain and potentially Portugal.
  • Own TURN2X projects from origination to RTB, including the associated self-consumption assets (PV, wind and/or BESS).
  • Secure all required permits and manage authority processes end-to-end.
  • Secure feedstock and offtake contracts, and grid connection offers.
  • Secure land in coordination with our internal Land Manager.
  • Own the project budget, schedule and development plan.
  • Build strong relationships with municipalities, landowners, utilities, regulators and local stakeholders β€” and negotiate with them directly.
  • Anticipate permitting, grid, land and offtake risks early, and mitigate them before they become blockers.
  • Prepare clear, structured documentation for investment and internal gate decisions, so founders and leadership can decide fast.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Finance, Land) to unlock modular, replicable projects.
  • Challenge how project development is usually done and design better, repeatable approaches instead of one-off processes.

What they require

  • 3–5 years in renewable energy project development, with a proven track record taking projects from early development through advanced stages.
  • Extreme ownership: you take full responsibility for project outcomes and act like an owner, not a coordinator.
  • Confident negotiator and stakeholder manager, able to align diverse interests and keep projects moving.
  • High attention to detail on permits, contracts, budgets and internal documentation.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, evolving setups and are willing to break how project development works today.
  • Based in Madrid and open to frequent travel.

Benefits

  • Direct exposure to real project ownership, commercial negotiations, and FID preparation.
  • Close collaboration with founders and senior leadership.
  • The opportunity to build PtX projects across Europe.
  • A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can make a visible impact from day one.
