Junior site-development role that turns raw projects into fully planned, contract-ready deals. Remote in California with ~20% travel, coordinating with Legal, Finance and external engineering consultants. You're expected to grow into a more autonomous role over time.

What you'll do

  • Deliver fully developed and planned projects in preparation for customer contract execution
  • Document customer needs and Highland commitments with Senior Associates and the commercial team
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Market Development to ensure projects meet underwriting requirements
  • Assist in managing external engineers and consultants to finalize site designs for handoff to Customer Success and Project Execution teams
  • Grow into a more autonomous role with increasing independence over time

What they require

  • Based in California (remote) with approximately 20% travel
  • Acting as a junior site development resource
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Market Development)
