Core skills

Smartsheet

Required skills

Jira

What you'll do

  • Systems Architecture & Workflow Automation: You will own and evolve our project management environment (Smartsheet/Jira). You’ll build and maintain the automated scheduling tools, logic, and templates that adapt to our low, medium, and high-complexity builds. If the tool isn't reflecting reality, you’re the one who fixes the engine.
  • Custodian of the "Source of Truth": You own the integrity and lifecycle of our Program Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Technical Build Books. You will ensure that architecture diagrams and SOPs are version-controlled, up-to-date, and accurately reflect the current state of our hyperscale partnerships.
  • Delivery Coordination & Tracking: You are the "Ground Control" for our deployment pipeline. While the Senior TPMs are in the trenches solving technical blockers, you are assisting in tracking critical path milestones to ensure we hit our committed delivery dates.
  • Process Engineering: Collaborate with the Senior TPMs to translate field experience into standardized global playbooks. You’ll identify friction points in the deployment process and refine our templates and workflows to ensure we never solve the same problem twice.
  • Operational Governance & Support: You will support team governance and process standards at the discretion of the business leadership. This includes maintaining the global deployment calendar and ensuring all critical documentation is organized and ready for review whenever needed by the leadership team.

What they require

  • Experience: 1–3 years in technical operations, deployment coordination, or an infrastructure-adjacent role. We value a "builder" mindset and a desire to learn the "how" behind the physical layer of AI.
  • Smartsheet & Tooling Proficiency: You should be highly comfortable navigating and building within Smartsheet. This includes a working knowledge of formulas, automated workflows, and the ability to create clean, data-driven dashboards. You aren’t just a user; you understand how to structure a sheet to capture reality.
  • Operational Fundamentals: A fundamental understanding of how complex physical projects move from "planned" to "live." Exposure to data centers, network infrastructure, or mission-critical builds is a major plus.
  • Technical Curiosity: You should be obsessed with how systems work. Whether it's an automation in Smartsheet or a specific deployment workflow, you want to understand the logic and find ways to make it more efficient.
  • Communication Style: A collaborative approach. You prioritize clear, concise documentation and partnership-oriented communication to build trust across the organization.
  • Educational Foundation: A degree in a technical or operations-focused field, or equivalent experience that demonstrates your ability to handle complex data and fast-moving timelines.
