What you'll do

  • Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows that ensure successful execution of client programs.
  • Serve as a vital operational partner to Scientific Directors and Strategic Account Directors/Managers, providing visibility into timelines, milestones, resource needs, financial performance, and project status.
  • Oversee project workflows.
  • Coordinate medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes.
  • Manage project documentation.
  • Support financial tracking and invoicing activities.
  • Act as a primary client contact for project status updates, operational discussions, and financial communications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant client and industry requirements.
  • Manage program logistics as needed.
  • Coordinate vendor activities.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to Program Coordinators.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business such as medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
  • You are a highly organized project manager who can successfully oversee multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • You are a proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges, identifies risks early, and develops effective solutions.
  • You excel at building relationships and communicating clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and serving as a key operational leader across complex programs.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining accurate project documentation, financial tracking, and workflow processes.
  • You are comfortable providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members while supporting their professional growth.
  • Preferred: Experience managing Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of scientific publication planning processes and Datavision.
  • Preferred: Experience working with vendors, meeting logistics, or event planning activities.
  • Preferred: Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or training junior project management professionals.
