What you'll do

  • Support program and project teams by providing advanced financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to ensure effective cost management and compliance with contractual and corporate requirements.
  • Partner with program management, contracts, and operations to monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide Monthly, Quarterly, and Semi-Annual Financial Forecasting.
  • Prepare quarterly corporate social responsibility positions and charts.
  • Assist the program team and financial management in monitoring and tracking program expenditures, highlighting issues/concerns/trends, and ensuring program financial commitments are met.
  • Interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and ensure alignment with company and program processes and procedures.
  • Manage the program process by running project selection boards and establishing project data repository structure.
  • Support the development and revisions of project cost estimates and manage project transitions to supported business units.
  • Prepare, analyze, and report/present program level earned value and financial performance to F&BO and Program teams.
  • Effectively communicate performance to leadership teams.
  • Exhibit professional behavior consistent with company policies and practices and align daily actions with department goals and company culture.

What they require

  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Jira and/or Tableau.
  • Aptitude to facilitate results; self-starter; process oriented; structured problem solver.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive, problem solving, cost conscious and company-focused mindset.
  • Deep knowledge of one pillar of business management (Finance, Scheduling, Contracts, Pricing/Estimating) and working knowledge of the remaining pillars.
  • Demonstrated financial and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
  • 2+ years program finance experience to include monthly and quarterly program financial status preparation and analysis.
  • Experience and ability to interface with senior management.
  • Experience in creating and managing Budget Targets and Schedule Milestones.
  • Experience coordinating managers, cross-functional peers, coworkers, and core company personnel while working in a team environment.
  • Experience supporting and driving programs utilizing agile program management.
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) / Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).
  • Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis (or in accordance with posted schedule).
