Ready to shape the future of workplace learning? Join Absorb as a Professional Services Consultant and help bring customer learning strategies to life through hands-on Professional Services delivery. From LMS administration and technical configuration to reporting, analytics, integrations, and other purchased services, you’ll complete high-quality deliverables from documented requirements in partnership with Absorb’s Client Services organization. What you’ll do:

• Complete assigned Professional Services deliverables in accordance with the Statement of Work, documented requirements, timelines, and established quality standards.
• Lead discovery and requirements sessions with client stakeholders and turn the output into statements of work with defined milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Review documented requirements and clarify questions, dependencies, or gaps with the stakeholders before beginning work.
• Coordinate internally and externally with stakeholders and relevant technical teams to communicate progress, surface blockers, and confirm priorities for assigned deliverables.
• Complete hands-on configuration of Absorb LMS environments, including departments and roles, enrollment rules, automated workflows, branding, e-commerce settings, reports, and other purchased deliverables.
• Complete assigned configuration and data-related work and coordinate with internal stakeholders on data migration, single sign-on (SAML 2.0, OIDC), REST API use, and scheduled data feeds, working with Technical Services on build and testing as required.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned deliverables across multiple concurrent engagements, tracking work status, dependencies, effort, and due dates, and reporting progress or risks to Absorb CS stakeholders and Professional Services leadership.
• Document completed configurations, validation results, decisions, and handoff notes so the internal stakeholders can coordinate client review and final acceptance.
• Act as a consulting resource to internal teams on LMS administration and data questions that fall outside standard support.

What you’ll bring:

• Hands-on administrator experience with at least one commercial LMS such as Absorb, Docebo, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday Learning.
• A record of completing hands-on deliverables across multiple concurrent client engagements, each with defined requirements, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Working knowledge of single sign-on standards (SAML 2.0, OIDC), REST APIs, and flat-file data feeds.
• Comfort with data: building reports, validating imports, and documenting results clearly for the internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, AICC) and HRIS or HCM integrations is an asset.
• PMP, CAPM, or comparable project management training is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
