Product Success Manager I (Performance, APAC)

Our Product Success team partners with elite sporting organisations across the APAC region — Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India and beyond — on our performance products: AMS, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition. We're looking for a Product Success Manager to own our APAC book on a full-time, fixed-term basis, from start date through to the end of August 2027, keeping some of the best sporting organisations in the world set up for success. Employment will end on that date, in line with the terms of the contract and applicable Australian employment law.

This is a consulting role at heart. The best PSMs don't just answer tickets, they bring deep product knowledge and a real understanding of the high-performance landscape to every conversation, showing clients where our products fit and how they keep delivering value season after season.

THE ROLE

• Own technical account management for a book of APAC performance product partners across AMS, S&C, and early Nutrition beta customers, with a primary focus on AMS
• Lead new client implementations end-to-end, from configuration through go-live and adoption
• Drive client value through proactive best-practice consulting, new feature introductions, and training that upskills clients and their staff
• Troubleshoot technical and strategic client issues as the product expert for the region
• Partner with our Sales and CS teams in APAC on client needs, renewals, and expansion opportunities

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

• Strong client management skills: you can navigate time pressures, challenging personalities, and difficult situations while keeping the relationship healthy
• Strong experience in at least one of the following: Teamworks AMS (Smartabase), a pro-sport or high-performance organisation, or the sports technology industry
• The consulting instinct to understand where a product fits in a client's world and proactively show them how to get more from it
• Living and working in an APAC timezone

EVEN BETTER IF

• You hit two or all three of the pillars above: AMS experience, high-performance sport background, and sports tech industry experience
• You have hands-on AMS build experience, not just as an end user

This is a rare chance to work directly with elite sporting organisations across the entire APAC region, with real opportunities to travel and spend time onsite with clients. It's a full-time, fixed-term contract, from start date through to the end of August 2027, with genuine potential to convert to a full-time ongoing role, and you'll be joining a global team that has the time and resources to invest in your platform skills from day one.
