You will take responsibility for your sales territory and actively contribute to its success. Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships in industry, research and development, quality assurance, and at universities and colleges. Acquiring new customers and building long-term partnerships. Conducting sales negotiations independently and ensuring the sustainable development of your sales territory. Providing technical consulting and developing customer-specific solutions. Conducting equipment demonstrations and assisting with equipment installations at customer sites. Conducting product training sessions and technical presentations for customers, universities, and internal employees. Working closely with our support team and sales colleagues to develop and implement joint sales strategies. Participating in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, or a comparable field of natural science. A passion for sales and for providing technical advice on products that require explanation. Fluency in German and a good command of English. An independent, structured approach to work and strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with a variety of contacts. Class B driver’s license.
