Trading 212 is seeking a Product Recruiter to hire Product Owners and Product Managers. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and leading offer conversations. You will work directly with senior decision-makers and help shape the product hiring function.

Trading 212 serves more than 5 million clients and manages over €30 billion in assets. The quality of the product depends on the quality of the people making product decisions. This role is responsible for hiring Product Owners and Product Managers who can improve what we build and how quickly we build it.
How you will work
You will take each search from the initial brief to an accepted offer: defining the profile, identifying the relevant market, sourcing directly, and assessing the candidate's scope, judgement, and measurable product impact. You will change the approach when market or candidate evidence shows that the search is off track.
What you will own
- Full-cycle Product Owner and Product Manager hiring
- Direct sourcing and proactive product-talent pipelines ahead of confirmed demand
- Assessing candidate relevance, securing timely decisions, and leading offer conversations through acceptance
- Presenting hiring managers with clear evidence when the profile, search strategy, or interview process needs to change
Evidence we are looking for
- In-house ownership of product hiring at a technology company
- Searches where you personally built the pipeline, qualified candidates, managed the stakeholder, and closed the hire
- The ability to distinguish strong Product Owners from strong Product Managers and explain what changes across product contexts
- Numerical ownership of hiring results and a clear account of which actions changed them
- A record of recovering difficult product searches, challenging hiring decisions with evidence, improving recruitment processes, and closing difficult offers
The opportunity
You will work directly with senior decision-makers, including the founder, and can take on broader hiring responsibility as you deliver. You will join a Talent Acquisition function that is still being built, with the freedom and responsibility to shape how product hiring works.
This is a remote role open to candidates based in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain.
