What you'll do

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, budget, and technology.
  • Lead project teams, providing clear direction and motivation to ensure high performance and quality outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and obtain feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess project performance and implement continuous improvement practices.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and acceptance processes for project outcomes.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation, balancing workload and capacity across the project team.
  • Identify and resolve resource constraints and conflicts to maintain project momentum.
  • Finalize all project activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed and approved.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
  • Ensure proper handover and transition of project outputs to operational teams or clients.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willing to travel abroad.
  • Leading larger projects of high complexity (like/comparable with B projects, or streams of A projects) min. 2- 3 years.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • ICT background (Networking preferably); ITIL knowledge.
