One Backend for multiple Front ends Uncompromising customer focus - Uncompromising IT As a Product Owner you will work as a part of the team in Digital Enabler, IoT & Connectivity department for DigiHUB Mare. Product Owner role is to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This involves planning, coordinating, and managing resources to achieve project goals within the defined scope, time, and budget constraints. The Product Owner ensures alignment with strategic objectives, stakeholder satisfaction, and quality standards, contributing significantly to the organization's growth and efficiency. WHAT WILL YOU DO: Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, budget, and technology. Execution and Monitoring: Lead project teams, providing clear direction and motivation to ensure high performance and quality outcomes. Monitor project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and obtain feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and external partners. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies. Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess project performance and implement continuous improvement practices. Coordinate testing, validation, and acceptance processes for project outcomes. Budget and Resource Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized efficiently. Manage and optimize resource allocation, balancing workload and capacity across the project team. Identify and resolve resource constraints and conflicts to maintain project momentum. Project Closure: Finalize all project activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed and approved. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects. Ensure proper handover and transition of project outputs to operational teams or clients.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU: Have: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Languages German - Proficiency (B2) English - Upper intermediate (B2) Other criteria or requirements Willing to travel abroad. Leading larger projects of high complexity (like/comparable with B projects, or streams of A projects) min. 2- 3 years. Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Strong organizational and time management abilities. High level of adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments. Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities. Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. ICT background (Networking preferably); ITIL knowledge.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600 € /brutto.
