MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product, and business stakeholders;
• Manage the backlog;
• Drive team priorities, tying them closely with higher level organizational goals;
• Own business-related decisions, set direction on the feature;
• Monitor product performance and customer behaviour, identifying improvement areas and growth opportunities;
• Take full ownership of one product line.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience working as a Product Owner in a tech company;
• Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment;
• Ability to independently navigate an ambiguous environment;
• A tendency to proactively raise challenges and identify solutions;
• Regular usage of AI tools, building agents or agentic workflows;
• Work on a subscription-based B2C product is a plus;
• Digital marketing knowledge and experience is a plus.
