What you'll do

  • You are responsible for and prioritize the product backlog.
  • You capture requirements from operations and translate them into clear, actionable tickets for development.
  • You are the link between development, business departments, and operations.
  • You develop user flows, wireframes, and mock-ups to make solutions tangible early on.
  • You contribute UI/UX research: You understand the needs of our various target groups and derive product decisions from them.
  • You closely accompany the implementation, ensure clarity on open questions, and take ownership of the product.

What they require

  • First experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role.
  • Practical experience in UI/UX Research as well as in creating mock-ups and user flows.
  • A very good understanding of business processes and different user groups.
  • Quick comprehension, structured way of working, and clear communication.
  • Enjoyment in taking responsibility and driving topics independently.
  • Experience in collaborating with development teams and business departments is an advantage.
  • Desire to grow with the company.
