About the role You are the ultimate problem-solver at the heart of our Payroll teams. Sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and Go-To-Market (GTM), you own the end-to-end operational lifecycle across 10+ product teams. This is an owner role that demands resourcefulness, the ability to juggle competing demands, and the discipline to know the difference between moving paperwork and actually solving problems. You will take total accountability for complex challenges, driving them from initial friction to final resolution. Operating autonomously across global time zones, you are the crucial connective tissue that ensures what our customers need is exactly what our engineers build. What you'll do Own the product signal end-to-end: Transform raw feedback and friction from operations and customers into clear, prioritized, and actionable insights for Product Managers. You uncover what truly matters, validate the "why," and drive the prioritization of impactful solutions. Orchestrate global execution: You are the critical connector between distributed Product, Engineering, and GTM teams. When PMs and engineers are in different time zones, you step in to scope work, answer questions, unblock decisions, and maintain momentum. You also ensure GTM teams are fully equipped to launch, sell, and support what ships. Be the ultimate problem-solver: When a process breaks or a product stalls, you don't just hand it off and disappear. You dig deep to uncover the root cause - whether it’s a product gap, a documentation issue, or a systemic limitation - and you own the solution from discovery to implementation. Navigate and simplify complexity: You will manage competing demands coming from all directions. You excel at taking that volume, structuring the details, prioritizing ruthlessly, and taking decisive action. You don't wait for permission to move; you make informed calls and drive progress. What we're looking for 4+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-scale environments (Series A/B/C startups or equivalent-pace tech organizations), with a proven track record of moving quickly and juggling competing priorities. End-to-end ownership mentality: You have successfully operated in the space between product and ops. You can translate the distinct languages and priorities of different teams, and you know how to separate true product signals from operational noise. Relentless resourcefulness: When you hit a roadblock, you find a way around it. You are highly comfortable context-switching between a customer escalation, an engineering sync, and deep-dive data analysis. Autonomous decision-making: You are a natural problem-solver who can dig into complex issues, form a strong point of view, and make the right calls. You know exactly what is yours to decide and what requires escalation. Data-driven approach: You possess a strong analytical foundation. You can pull your own data, extract meaningful insights, and use them to drive product enhancements and prioritization. You are highly comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and core operational analytics. Precision communication: You write and speak with clarity and impact. You easily adapt your communication style depending on whether you are talking to engineers, PMs, customers, or leadership. Sharp product sense: You deeply understand how software is built and shipped. While you don't need to be a PM, you understand what is technically possible, how to accurately answer scoping questions, and how to spot when an initiative is off-track. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission. Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion.
