What you'll do

  • Drive Product & Features: You will gather requirements, lead the implementation of new features, and present these updates directly to the market.
  • Break Bottlenecks: You have a low tolerance for inefficiency. If customer onboarding (or any internal workflow) is slow, you will prototype a solution and automate it across the company.
  • Lead Innovation: You will take point on our AI and IoT projects, turning abstract concepts into functioning, deployed tools.
  • Ground Decisions in Data: You will analyze how features are actually being used, survey the market, and lead content/marketing initiatives backed by hard numbers and statistics—not just gut feelings.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: You will act as the bridge between engineering, customer success, and the shopfloor, keeping everyone aligned and moving fast.
