ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Operations Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and our customers. You will help ensure the Teikametrics platform is working as intended, investigate issues, surface insights from operational data, and identify opportunities to improve the product experience. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys digging into problems, working with data, and connecting the dots between what our customers experience and what our product teams build.
