What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches and enhancements, from positioning through to sales readiness and adoption tracking.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation against named category competitors.
  • Build sales enablement that changes win rates: battlecards, objection-handling guides, discovery frameworks, ROI/value narratives, and technical-to-commercial translation for executive buyers.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to align feedback, market trends, and product roadmap.
  • Run structured competitive and market analysis and turn it into positioning and enablement decisions.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to align campaigns with product objectives.
  • Support the commercial narrative behind webinars, case studies, and product content (Growth Marketing owns execution and demand generation).
  • Measure launch success through adoption, leads, and market feedback.

What they require

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing or sales enablement.
  • Demonstrable track record marketing technically complex or specialist software to expert buyers.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market planning and sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to run competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis and convert it into positioning that sales actually use.
  • Comfort operating in a domain with technical depth and long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles; regulated-industry, engineering, or infrastructure software backgrounds are strongly preferred.
  • Track record influencing product roadmap and sales strategy, not just producing collateral.
  • Preferred: Experience/knowledge of the aviation industry or other technical and regulated sectors.
