What you'll do

  • Own how Speckle packages, positions, and sells a category-defining product into the enterprise.
  • Act as the connective tissue between product, sales, and the market.
  • Turn a technically deep platform into crisp packaging, sharp messaging, and sales enablement content.
  • Create the narrative, deck, one-pager, and ROI story used by sales in enterprise deals.
  • Own product packaging and positioning by defining how products are named, bundled, price-framed, and differentiated for each buyer segment.
  • Craft messaging that translates a complex platform into clear, compelling narratives for technical and executive buyers.
  • Build the sales enablement engine by creating decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards.
  • Grow Speckle's thought leadership in real data infrastructure for AEC.
  • Position Speckle as a trusted partner as the industry navigates AI transformation through thought-provoking content and webinars.
  • Translate product releases into launch narratives that drive demand.
  • Partner closely with sales to understand what wins deals and build content to support it.
  • Run product launches end to end, coordinating across product, sales, and marketing.

What they require

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in technical, data, or platform B2B.
  • Strong writing chops.
  • Builder mindset.
  • Thrives in ambiguity.
  • Comfortable authoring messaging directly and creating frameworks and systems that scale it.
  • Must be located in and working from the Eastern (ET) time zone.
  • 5-10 years in product marketing, ideally for technical, data, or platform products.
  • Proven track record defining positioning and packaging for a product or product line.
  • Ability to translate complex, technical capability into differentiated buyer value.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Exceptional writer who can craft narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Track record building messaging frameworks, narratives, and value propositions from scratch.
  • Comfortable translating product releases into launch narratives that drive demand.
  • Can find the sharp, simple story inside a complex platform.
  • History of building content that sellers actually use, such as decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and ROI tools.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales to understand what wins deals and building to it.
  • Ability to run product launches end to end, coordinating across product, sales, and marketing.
  • Preferred: Understanding of AEC, construction tech and/or infrastructure.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with data infrastructure, analytics, or enterprise platform products.
  • Preferred: Comfort with AI-driven products and the messaging nuance they require.
  • Experience building marketing functions, systems, or content libraries from zero.
  • Systems thinker who can balance hands-on execution with repeatable process.
  • Thrives in ambiguity and gets energized by building rather than maintaining.
