What you'll do

  • Bridge the gap between deep product knowledge and market-facing communication.
  • Build the content, narratives, and reusable assets that help engineering buyers and engineers understand Synera, its use cases, and agentic AI adoption.
  • Own product messaging end-to-end.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, the Chief Product Officer, Sales, Customer Success, technical SMEs, Partner Marketing, and channel owners across website, webinars, LinkedIn, YouTube, and events.
  • Align on the latest product capability updates coming out of the R&D teams for product releases.
  • Interview technical SMEs about new simulation use cases and turn notes into messaging docs for feature releases.
  • Use AI-supported workflows to kick off campaign workflows from messaging.
  • Review competitive analysis and incorporate sales feedback into battlecards.
  • Review images for competitive comparison blog posts.
  • Sync with the content team on customer success stories in the pipeline.
  • Run content planning sessions with the Customer Success team and align on assets needed for expansion campaigns.
  • Check demo requests from product landing pages and portal sign-ups and weave optimizations into sprint plans.
  • Wrap up demo video scripts and build demos in Synera.
  • Establish a clear product marketing content engine with reusable assets across video, one-pagers, product web pages, slides, and blogs.
  • Create stronger, consistently used product narratives adapted to target personas, key use cases, and industries.
  • Launch competitive comparisons for select competitors.
  • Launch multi-channel campaigns that increase demo requests.
  • Produce campaigns with predictable pipeline.
  • Build a clear vision for how each customer success will help achieve marketing objectives.
  • Ensure product messaging is consistent across website, webinars, ads, sales, social, partner, and influencer content.
  • Launch re-engagement campaigns for lost deals.
  • Operate product marketing content as a repeatable function, supported by AI-first workflows and documented SOPs.

What they require

  • You resonate with Synera's Core Values - they're central to how we work, and we'll explore them together in your first interview.
  • You have 5–8+ years in B2B product marketing, technical marketing, or solutions marketing — ideally in engineering software, simulation, CAx, PLM, or enterprise SaaS.
  • You have a background in engineering, simulation, or CAD software, and understand how engineers work.
  • You're an exceptional writer and storyteller who can translate complex technical workflows into narratives that resonate with both technical and executive audiences.
  • You’re excellent project manager with the ability to create highly efficient processes with attention to detail.
  • You work AI-first and are excited about building AI-supported content workflows from scratch.
  • You thrive with high ownership and are comfortable navigating ambiguity — this is a builder role at an internationally growing scale-up, and you'll be defining the internal processes as you go.
  • You're fluent in English; German is strongly preferred.
  • Preferred: French is a plus.
