What You'll Do You'll play a key role within our Global Product Platform team by: Defining the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Leading the development of innovative machine control solutions for road construction. Collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations across multiple regions. Translating customer insights and market trends into successful products. Supporting product launches and go-to-market strategies. Managing the complete product lifecycle, from concept through continuous improvement. Monitoring market developments, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. Identifying new business opportunities that drive sustainable growth. What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who combines technical curiosity with commercial thinking. Ideally, you'll have: Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a strategic technical role. Background in construction technology, machine control, heavy equipment, civil engineering, or related industries. Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with international cross-functional teams. A proactive mindset and passion for innovation. Fluency in English.
