What you'll do

  • Identify, validate, and prioritize customer and market opportunities.
  • Frame ambiguous problems and develop clear hypotheses.
  • Conduct customer interviews, market research, and data analysis to inform decisions.
  • Define product strategy and roadmap priorities aligned with company goals.
  • Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and operational realities.
  • Own products from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Create product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Measure outcomes and continuously improve based on data and customer feedback.
  • Work on products such as BrandVNO, eSIM onboarding and activation experiences, enterprise and IoT connectivity solutions, private networking and secure transaction routing, telecom APIs and developer platforms, billing, charging, and monetization systems, analytics, automation, and operational intelligence tools, emerging AI-native telecom experiences, AI-powered communications and complex network solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate product discovery, customer research, analytics, workflow automation, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into customer experiences, platform capabilities, and internal operations.
  • Help shape OXIO's vision for AI-enabled connectivity and communications.
  • Enhance and evolve OXIO's core B2B platform, BrandVNO.
  • Oversee the delivery of new features and improvements that directly impact the user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including other Product Managers, to ensure alignment with broader company goals and initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing company objectives, customer feedback, user research, and engineering feasibility to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Partner closely with product designers to help conduct user research, map user journeys, prototype solutions, test assumptions, and translate insights into actionable product features.
  • Create a modern, seamless brand experience, ensuring that BrandVNO aligns with the evolving expectations of today’s competitive SaaS landscape.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs and market analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, customers) to deliver products on time and within budget as well as drive product adoption and success.
  • Collaborate with Design to conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Create detailed product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor product performance and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments and improvements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and evaluate how they may improve product workflows, customer insights, automation, decision support, and SaaS user experiences.

  • Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, Confluence, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitLab, Asana, Google Workspace or similar.
  • This role requires a strong product craft mindset: the ability to frame ambiguous problems, form clear hypotheses, validate assumptions quickly, and focus teams on measurable customer and business outcomes rather than output alone.
  • Practical curiosity and working knowledge of emerging AI tools and technologies, including how they can support product discovery, research synthesis, analytics, documentation, workflow automation, and customer-facing product experiences.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills as well as proven ability to work with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Technical depth to collaborate with Engineering teams & Designs teams.
  • Understanding of product management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Figma, etc.).
  • Experience in B2B product management, with a preference for experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Preferred: Experience building B2B SaaS, platform, API, infrastructure, fintech, marketplace, telecom, or enterprise software products.
  • Preferred: Experience working with AI tools and workflows.
  • Preferred: Experience building workflow-heavy or data-rich enterprise products.
  • Preferred: Experience in telecommunications, networking, mobile, IoT, payments, or connectivity.
  • Preferred: Spanish language native or proficiency.
  • Preferred: Experience in the US and Mexico telecommunications market is a plus.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience using AI tools for product discovery, research synthesis, prototyping, analytics, documentation, or internal workflow automation.
  • Preferred: Experience building data-rich, workflow-heavy, AI-enabled, or platform products for enterprise users.
  • Preferred: Fluent English / Spanish speaker.
  • Preferred: Experience in the Mexican telecommunications market.
