What you'll do

  • Own and evolve the CRM and sales tooling product strategy and roadmap across Kraken’s B2B sales organization
  • Lead prioritization across competing stakeholder needs, making data-informed trade-offs and sequencing work
  • Serve as the first product-level point of assessment for incoming CRM needs and translate requests into scoped work
  • Establish and continuously improve scalable intake and prioritization processes for CRM enhancements
  • Drive product coherence across multiple CRM and sales platforms, defining ownership of records, workflows, integrations, and data
  • Partner directly with sales leaders and end users to understand friction across workflows (lead management, account management, pipeline progression, forecasting, customer data quality)
  • Translate sales and business needs into product requirements rather than one-off solutions
  • Write product requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner closely with Engineering and technical teams on CRM integrations and ownership boundaries
  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Engineering, Operations, and leadership to maintain alignment on roadmap priorities
  • Identify opportunities to improve CRM adoption, data quality, workflow consistency, and sales productivity
  • Help define and measure what a high-performing CRM ecosystem looks like
  • Support evolution and consolidation of Kraken’s sales technology ecosystem to reduce complexity

What they require

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role delivering technology, tooling, or workflow improvements for Sales, Revenue, or go-to-market organizations
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud as a product owner, power user, administrator, or admin-adjacent Product Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to own a product roadmap and prioritize competing requests across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requests into scoped, actionable, and estimable requirements
  • Strong product requirements and specification writing skills with clear communication of business context, user needs, outcomes, and acceptance criteria
  • Experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders including Engineering, Sales leadership, and operations
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes (pipeline stages, lead routing, SLAs, account management, forecasting)
  • Ability to determine whether issues are best addressed through product, configuration, integration, process, or data remediation
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with structured approach to root cause analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to distinguish urgent needs from lower-impact requests
