What you'll do

  • Own roadmap execution for defined product areas, translating strategy into clear requirements and shippable increments
  • Partner with design and engineering to identify customer problems and ship solutions from discovery through launch
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, spec writing, data analysis, and stakeholder communication, operating at a high level of efficiency
  • Build trust across departments by delivering on commitments and communicating progress clearly
  • Prototype quickly alongside stakeholders to validate ideas before committing engineering resources
  • Define and own user acceptance testing for product features
  • Define, track, and report on key results in the form of OKR and impact metrics for your product area
  • Identify opportunities to improve team velocity and decision-making through better tooling and process

What they require

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare technology or clinical process environments
  • Comfort working with, or a strong interest in, clinical care workflows
  • Daily fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini and others) for research synthesis, writing, data analysis, and prototyping — able to operate at the highest level of efficiency
  • Strong knowledge of product management best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school
  • US work authorization
