Product Manager for RateHawk.com Selections; 3+ years PM experience required, ideally in travel/marketplace/content products. Needs growth/experiment mindset, metric design and SQL, and technical fluency with data pipelines/content/ML-driven products. Role based in Portugal with remote work opportunity.
Required skills
Key Responsibilities
Own the RateHawk.com Selections product strategy, vision, and roadmap, and grow it from a young stream into a mature, measurable business unit. Run the stream as a fast test-and-learn engine: ship experiments, iterate quickly, and turn each result into the next bet. Optimise for speed of learning, not size of upfront plan. Own a continuous pipeline of product opportunities that drive measurable revenue growth, sized from funnel data, content gaps, and user friction. Lead the strategic analysis behind those bets: market and competitor shifts, agent and traveller behaviour, and quantitative plus qualitative research (interviews, usability tests, behavioural analysis) to find root causes and high-leverage problems. Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations: sharpen priorities, back decisions with data, and keep everyone moving toward shared goals. Co-own delivery: define clear scope and acceptance criteria, and keep product, engineering, ML, and analytics aligned through to shipped impact.
Requirements
3+ years in Product Management, ideally in travel, marketplace, or content-heavy products. Growth mindset with a track record of scaling a product or stream through experimentation: hypotheses, A/B tests, fast iteration, and measurable outcomes. Strong strategic and analytical skills: metric design, SQL, funnel and cohort analysis, and the judgement to turn data into prioritised bets. Bias to action: ships small, learns fast, and improves, rather than waiting for perfect. Enough technical fluency to work with data pipelines, content systems, or ML-driven products, find quick wins, and partner closely with engineering. Strong communication and cross-functional influence; builds trust with engineering, commercial, and operations partners.
Benefits
Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely. Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together. Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities. Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences. Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world. Corporate prices on hotels and travel services. MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.
