What you'll do

  • Partner with product, design, engineering, and data science to move features and improvements from idea to launch.
  • Contribute to product discovery with researchers and R&D users.
  • Help shape requirements and priorities.
  • Track product performance once shipped.
  • Collaborate closely with senior product managers and the wider team across several workstreams, bringing life-sciences user perspective to product decisions.

What they require

  • Product management experience (typically 5+ years) on B2B / enterprise software — ideally data, analytics, AI/ML, or platform products — contributing to products from discovery through launch.
  • Experience working in, or closely alongside, research and development in pharmaceutical or life-sciences organizations, with a good understanding of how scientists and research teams work.
  • Ability to turn customer and market insight into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Comfort with technical concepts — data, APIs, and AI/LLM-driven workflows — and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science.
  • Sound prioritization and judgment in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, drawing on both qualitative and quantitative evidence.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal product, design, engineering, and commercial teams as well as external integration partners.
  • Experience contributing to a product or product line that scaled to $50M+ in revenue, from build through launch.
