What you'll do

  • Parity and Scope Decisions: decide what must exist in the cloud platform before a customer migrates and defend those calls.
  • The Product Roadmap: build, own, and communicate the roadmap and hold the line on priorities.
  • Customer Understanding: spend time with repair shops and convert observations into decisions.
  • Requirements and Delivery: translate customer needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria and edge cases.
  • Outcomes, not just Output: define success metrics, measure after launch, and act when product falls short.

What they require

  • 5+ years in product management with a track record of owning products end to end.
  • Direct experience making prioritization and scope decisions and defending them with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with legacy modernization or platform migration, ideally on-premise to cloud, with real customer-impact and parity decisions.
  • Comfortability with hands-on customer discovery directly in customer environments.
  • Ability to craft strong User Stories that anticipate downstream stakeholder needs.
  • Preferred: Experience in automotive repair software or an adjacent industry.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with product and project tooling (Jira, Aha!) and modern AI tools.
  • Preferred: Relevant degree or equivalent experience; Pragmatic Marketing certification or similar.
