What you'll do

  • Build features and tools that directly impact teachers and students.
  • Own the platform experience through collaboration with engineering: define what gets built, why, and in what order.
  • Work with design and internal content/ELA pedagogy experts throughout the product lifecycle from discovery to launch to validate that features solve real classroom challenges.

  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear priorities.
  • Hold cross-functional partners accountable to scope and timelines.
  • Use data to determine what is working, what is not, and where the greatest opportunity lies.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, success, and fellow product managers to ensure features meet classroom needs.
  • Identify opportunities, track performance, and build features that drive impact.

What they require

  • Demonstrated comfort using AI tools as part of a daily product management workflow.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for a team that builds with AI at its core.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dig into data directly rather than relying on others for answers.
