What you'll do

  • Define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
  • Conduct product discovery, including user research, funnel analysis, and competitor benchmarking
  • Identify growth and monetization opportunities and validate ideas through hypotheses and MVPs
  • Build and maintain quarterly and monthly product roadmaps
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user value, effort, and risk
  • Balance growth, retention, monetization, and tech initiatives
  • Translate initiatives into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Own delivery end-to-end from discovery to build, launch, and measurement
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality releases
  • Own the full product funnel, including activation, engagement, course completion, checkout, and paid conversion
  • Optimize pricing, paywalls, trial mechanics, and AI upsells
  • Drive MRR and LTV growth
  • Monitor core product metrics and run post-launch analysis
  • Communicate insights to stakeholders and adjust roadmap based on data
  • Deliver weekly product reports

What they require

  • 3+ years in product management for subscription-based consumer products, mobile app and/or web, ideally in wellness, EdTech, or another high-frequency B2C category
  • Full ownership of at least one product or major surface end to end, with accountability for outcomes, strategy, decisions, shipping, and results
  • Hands-on customer development experience running user interviews, problem discovery, and continuous discovery habits
  • Experience building and owning a working feedback loop across interviews, reviews, support tickets, community sentiment, product analytics, and shipped product changes
  • Proven track record owning web2app or web2web funnels from acquisition landing and quiz flows through paywall, checkout, and onboarding
  • Strong command of subscription analytics, including cohort retention, LTV, ARPU, rebill, and churn
  • Hands-on experience running A/B experiments, including hypothesis design, prioritization, reading results, and deciding whether to ship, kill, or iterate
  • Fluency with a modern product analytics stack and revenue data, including writing and owning event specifications
  • Experience owning paywall, pricing, and monetization, including plan structure, promo strategy, and regional pricing with accountability for revenue impact
  • Confidence leading cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, QA, analytics, and content
  • Ability to write crisp tickets and PRDs/TRDs, unblock dependencies, and own the delivery timeline end to end
  • English at a B2 level for external documentation and deliverables
  • Preferred: Experience in relationship wellness, mental health, self-help, or microlearning product spaces
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the post-ATT measurement landscape
  • Preferred: Exposure to subscription compliance
  • Preferred: Track record taking a product through PMF discovery, including segmentation, pain clustering, and positioning against competitors
  • Preferred: Comfort with performance-marketing collaboration, including JTBD-driven creative angles and funnel-to-ad feedback loops
