Product Manager with 3+ years in software/SaaS, Agile product development, roadmaps, customer research, and data-driven decisions. Remote USA contractor role.

What you'll do

  • Define and prioritise product requirements based on customer feedback, market insight, and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer outcomes to support continuous improvement.
  • Define product features and user stories and ensure requirements are clearly documented and understood.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to maintain a prioritised product backlog.
  • Support continuous improvement of product management practices and ways of working.
  • Be accountable for delivering agreed product improvements in alignment with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and priorities.
  • Gather and incorporate stakeholder and customer feedback into product planning and decision-making.
  • Create product communications and supporting materials for internal and external audiences.

What they require

  • 3+ years of product management experience within software, SaaS, or a related environment.
  • Experience working within Agile product development environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, prioritise, and manage product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Experience using customer insight, research, and data to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to support product discovery, validation, analysis, or workflow efficiency.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Preferred: Experience working in a growth-stage or scaling technology business.
  • Preferred: Experience applying user-centred design principles and collaborating closely with UX teams.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with product marketing and go-to-market processes.
  • Preferred: Experience working with product management and collaboration tools.
