Supervisors, field engineers and site managers see reality first: work blocked, plans deviated from, instructions given verbally, conditions nobody planned for. That knowledge lives in heads, notebooks, camera rolls and group chats. Meanwhile the people responsible for the commercial health of the project are working weeks behind, from whatever fragments they can piece together. By the time anyone needs to prove what happened, the evidence has gone cold. We are building the platform that closes that gap.
