What you'll do

  • Build and own the contractor-experience roadmap for 360Finance, translating company objectives — including increasing documents signed and contractor adoption — into actionable, KPI-driven priorities.
  • Bring deep fluency in the financing space from both the contractor and lender sides, grounded in strong competitor and market research.
  • Define clear success metrics for contractor engagement and hold the team accountable to outcomes, not just output.
  • Lead product initiatives across the full contractor journey — from onboarding through point-of-sale financing and document signing.
  • Craft clear, comprehensive PRDs that communicate requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical needs in ways that enable swift and seamless engineering execution.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, design, and account management to ship high-quality product improvements reliably and on time.
  • Drive adoption and stickiness of 360Finance among contractors by identifying and removing UX friction and bugs, and having direct conversations with contractor clients about how the product is performing against their business goals.
  • Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and controlled experiments to validate hypotheses about what's driving or blocking documents signed.
  • Analyze results with precision, making sharp, data-informed decisions on what to scale, optimize, or cut.
  • Maintain an agile “ship-and-learn” mentality — moving with speed while holding a clear bar for product quality — with the ability to quickly redirect and pivot from underperforming experiments.
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms to automate workflows across the contractor experience and operations to drive efficiency and speed.
  • Prototype and test product concepts using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) to rapidly validate ideas and communicate vision to cross-functional teams.
  • Stand up and own Heap metrics and engagement dashboards for the contractor experience that give business stakeholders meaningful, frequent visibility into the product's performance and impact across the client base.
  • Use data to inform roadmap prioritization and pinpoint exactly where UX issues are costing documents signed.
  • Command stakeholder conversations with sharp reporting of results and insights, paired with clear, actionable next steps that get teams moving fast on learnings.
  • Serve as the bridge across product, engineering, operations, and client experience — rallying stakeholders around a clear plan, even when priorities compete, to drive real, meaningful change.
  • Communicate roadmap strategy and hard tradeoffs to executives and stakeholders with enough clarity and precision that people trust it and act on it.
  • Remove blockers and keep complex workflows, timelines, and dependencies organized with discipline, so teams stay aligned and moving forward.

What they require

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with a track record of managing multiple products or features simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience improving a weak or underdeveloped UX — diagnosing root causes, prioritizing fixes, and shipping measurable improvements.
  • Roadmap-building expertise; demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous, multi-layered problems into clear, actionable priorities.
  • Highly competent in competitive and market research, with fluency in both the consumer and business/customer sides of a product.
  • Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and data-driven experiments to inform product decisions.
  • Experience building analytics instrumentation and dashboards essentially from scratch (Heap or similar) in a low-visibility environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; comfortable making decisions with imperfect data.
  • Excellent communicator who can align and activate cross-functional teams, as well as clearly articulate roadmap strategy, progress, and tradeoffs.
  • Confident speaking directly with contractor clients about product performance and its impact on their business.
  • Experience in agile or fast-paced environments with the judgment to balance speed of execution against product quality.
  • Hands-on proficiency with AI tools to both build AI-powered features into products and create automation workflows that accelerate day-to-day productivity.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership without waiting to be asked, and manages up effectively with leadership.
  • Preferred: Experience in fintech, lending, or financing products.
  • Preferred: Experience in home services, contractor-facing platforms, or B2B marketplace products.
  • Preferred: Proficiency with product analytics tools like Heap and Growthbook.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience building PRDs and technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Claude AI or similar AI tools for rapid prototyping and product validation.
