What you'll do

  • Define the strategy, roadmap and business case for DC power, 800VDC/HVDC distribution, DC PDUs, power conversion and BESS.
  • Identify market-entry priorities across AI infrastructure, hyperscale, colocation, utility and industrial applications.
  • Develop solution architectures linking DC distribution, BESS, controls, thermal systems and modular infrastructure.
  • Lead strategic relationships with OEMs, battery providers, power-conversion suppliers and grid-management partners; assess build, buy, license and partner opportunities.
  • Coordinate NPI and technology development with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Services; define certification, safety and regulatory pathways.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Systems Business or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in power systems, energy storage, electrical distribution, power conversion, critical infrastructure or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of DC architectures, power electronics, BESS, protection controls and electrical safety.
  • Demonstrated success commercializing emerging technologies through product development, partnerships or alliances; strong financial and commercial capability including market assessment, business cases, pricing and partner economics.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with UL, IEC, NFPA and energy-storage safety requirements; willingness to travel internationally as required.
