What you'll do

  • Go deep on user needs, define product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact product roadmap.
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and ops to define and implement the right product.
  • Partner and align with Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Data.
  • Own the product across Conversion and Growth Infrastructure crews.
  • Set the overarching product vision for Growth.
  • Manage the PMs in the Growth area.
  • Push experimentation velocity.
  • Lead Alan's move to make Growth Product AI-native.
  • Set the agenda for Alan's AI ambition in Growth and ship against it.
  • Develop conversational AI that guides prospects through sales flows.
  • Develop AI-native acquisition surfaces.
  • Explore Alan inside LLM ecosystems, including GPT app and agentic commerce concepts for buying health insurance.
  • Improve Alan's experimentation culture and velocity.
  • Align the Conversion and Growth Infrastructure roadmaps.
  • Concentrate the team's bets where leverage is highest.
  • Move Growth from a single conversion flow toward a modular model as Alan expands from one product to many.
  • Scale a self-served model that can reach a new country quickly with controlled local adaptation.
  • Contribute to people topics for product communities in the area, including Design, Engineering, Data, and Insurance.
  • Hire, coach, raise the bar on craft, and run a team that owns its outcomes.
  • Continuously increase talent density.

What they require

  • 6+ years of product related experience, currently at Lead or Group PM level, or as a Founder.
  • Owned strategy for a whole area, not a single team.
  • Managed product managers directly, including hiring, coaching, hard feedback, and performance calls.
  • Direct PM management experience is a hard requirement.
  • Shipped real growth product yourself: conversion, activation, or referral.
  • Know funnel math and can distinguish a genuine win from a vanity one.
  • Work through experimentation rather than only asking others for it.
  • Can challenge a data team and catch a bad read.
  • Hands-on with event tracking, funnel analysis, experiment dashboards, and growth instrumentation.
  • Close to AI, either through building AI products or closely following the space with a clear view on where to bet and how LLM systems behave in production.
  • Ability to influence without authority by rallying distributed teams around a shared vision and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
  • Talk to members and prospects often and let customer input change your mind.
  • Care about healthcare and Alan's mission.
  • English fluency is required.
  • Preferred: French is a nice-to-have.
