Product Lead (Analytics & ML)
Adapty Belgrade, Serbia Full-time Apply for a job now At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $2B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich. We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile’s fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
What this role is about
We process over $2B+ in subscriptions a year, which means we hold more data on how mobile subscriptions actually behave than almost anyone else. Showing revenue data fast and accurately is extremely important for founders and growth people. Projecting LTV as accurately as possible is vital for the app growth: it gives leverage to scale user acquisition, plan finances, and more. We have a goal to build the best LTV predictor on the market, which will allow us to build more products on top such as embedded finance and more. That data should make our revenue and LTV predictions the most accurate on the market. It doesn’t yet. That’s the job. Accurate predictions change what an app can do. If you know what a cohort will be worth, you know how much to spend acquiring it. You can show a founder their month-end revenue before the month ends. You can lend against subscription revenue that hasn’t arrived. None of that works without a prediction engine that people trust.
What you’ll own and work day to day:
- Predictions, Analytics and A/B testing: three connected products under one owner.
- A small ML team. You decide how it works on and who joins it next.
- The prediction engine: what it forecasts, how accurate it has to be, and how we prove that to a customer.
- Our dashboards are not perfect, so people stop opening them. You find out why they’re slow and not perfect and fix it with the team.
- We have ML capability that hasn’t shipped into anything, not the dashboards, not the tests. You decide in what product it should be implemented.
About you:
- You’ve worked hands-on with code or models at some point in your career, enough to make technical calls yourself rather than take them on trust.
- Strong maths and classical ML. You can argue about model choice, metrics and horizons, not just read the summary.
- You’ve owned a product, not a backlog. Tell us what you shipped last quarter and what it moved.
- SQL, and the habit of checking numbers yourself
