What you'll do

  • Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
  • Translate research findings into personas, user journeys, workflows, and user flows.
  • Identify friction points and recommend UX improvements.
  • Leverage product analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Amplitude to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to validate assumptions and prioritize user needs.
  • Design wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Create responsive experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Deliver polished, user-centered designs aligned with modern SaaS design principles.
  • Produce developer-ready assets using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback and user insights.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Establish standards for typography, spacing, color systems, iconography, and interaction patterns.
  • Ensure consistency across products, features, and customer touchpoints.
  • Improve collaboration between design and engineering through standardized design practices.
  • Design accessible experiences that align with WCAG 2.1 standards.
  • Ensure responsive usability across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
  • Improve navigation, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Create intuitive experiences that reduce friction and improve engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on user flows, layouts, and interaction patterns.
  • Analyze user behavior and product performance metrics.
  • Optimize conversion, engagement, onboarding, and retention through iterative improvements.
  • Continuously refine designs using analytics, usability testing, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Deliver developer-ready specifications using Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or similar tools.
  • Create clear interaction documentation, design specifications, and implementation guidance.
  • Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and product discussions.
