What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end product design experience across web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
  • Translate insights into personas, journey maps, user flows, and product recommendations.
  • Analyze product behavior using Mixpanel, Amplitude, and other product analytics tools.
  • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity product interfaces.
  • Create responsive experiences across web and mobile.
  • Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards.
  • Define typography, color systems, spacing, and interaction patterns.
  • Ensure consistency across all product surfaces and experiences.
  • Design experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
  • Ensure cross-device usability, responsive experiences, and inclusive design practices.
  • Run A/B tests across user flows, UI variations, and interactions.
  • Use performance insights to improve engagement, reduce friction, increase conversions, and improve retention.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA teams.
  • Deliver developer-ready assets using Figma Dev Mode or Zeplin.
  • Provide design specs, interaction details, and component documentation.
  • Review product goals and user insights.
  • Design wireframes and user flows for new features.
  • Build high-fidelity interfaces and prototypes in Figma.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
  • Maintain and improve design systems.
  • Participate in product reviews and sprint discussions.
  • Iterate based on testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
