What you'll do

  • Design user-centered digital experiences from research through final delivery.
  • Participate actively in discovery, user research, and user validation processes.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Contribute to the evolution and adoption of the Design System, promoting consistency and best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development cycle.
  • Iterate constantly based on metrics, research findings, and team feedback.

What they require

  • Strategic thinking, high autonomy, and strong judgment.
  • Takes ownership of features and understands the impact of design decisions on business and user experience.
  • Collaborates closely with PMs, Tech, and design, raising operational standards and anticipating risks and opportunities.
  • More than 2 years of experience designing digital products.
  • Education in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Behavioral Design, Product Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
  • Portfolio that clearly demonstrates the design process, including research, sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final interfaces.
  • Experience in Mobile First and responsive design.
  • Advanced command of Figma and working with Design Systems.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and UX Research fundamentals.
  • Experience conducting usability testing and applying methodologies such as Design Thinking.
  • Solid knowledge of UI/UX, information architecture, interaction design, and user flows.
  • Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Preferred: Experience with AI applied to design.
  • Preferred: Ability to identify opportunities to integrate Artificial Intelligence into digital products.
  • Preferred: Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative models such as GPT and other LLMs.
  • Preferred: Ability to design AI-driven experiences with a user-centered approach.
  • Preferred: Experience using tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, UX Pilot, or other AI-assisted design platforms.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of ethical principles related to AI, including bias, privacy, and responsible data use.
  • Preferred: Experience collaborating with Data, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence teams.
  • Work Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 GMT-6 (CDMX), with schedule flexibility during launches and updates.
