The company is looking for an experienced Product Designer to create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications. Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period of 15 days or less preferred; freelancing experience will not be considered.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability testing
- Analyze existing products, user journeys, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design intuitive and scalable experiences for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable components
- Present design decisions backed by research and user insights
- Evaluate launched features and continuously improve the user experience
🔑 Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience designing end-to-end digital products
- Strong portfolio with detailed product case studies
- Experience working on web and mobile applications
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Self-driven with the ability to independently own product design initiatives
- Skills: Product Design, User Research, User Interviews, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, User-Centered Design (UCD), Wireframing, Prototyping, Design Systems, Responsive Web & Mobile Design, Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants & Prototyping), Usability Testing, Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
🛠 Nice-to-have:
- Experience designing consumer-facing digital products
