What you'll do

  • Contribute to high-quality design that enables a flawless and intuitive product experience for users while exploring innovative new directions.
  • Conduct detailed Design Reviews and utilise feedback to uphold consistency and excellence in design.
  • Collaborate closely with Product to identify user problems or opportunities and build lean, innovative solutions grounded in user needs, data, and feasibility.
  • Champion modern research and experimentation practices, using qualitative insights, behavioural data, and existing tools such as GA, Hotjar, Convert to inform decisions, validate solutions, and measure impact post-launch.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, ideation, content exploration, and prototyping.
  • Collaborate on AI-powered product features and continuously evolve design workflows as capabilities mature.
  • Contribute to scalable design systems and patterns that support consistency, adaptability, and personalised or AI-assisted experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of craft while working at pace.
  • Bring diversity of thought, inclusivity, and collaboration to the design & product team, and contribute valuable perspectives.

What they require

  • 4+ years experience in the field of product design or UX/UI fields.
  • Showcase a portfolio highlighting previous Product/UX/UI Design experience, emphasising problem-solving through solutions and their impact on user metrics.
  • Ability to align design efforts with the business strategy of your delivery team, driving significant impact through design initiatives.
  • Strong grasp of user-centred design principles, design thinking methodologies, design systems and research practices.
  • Focus on excellent user experiences and improving key user metrics of your product area.
  • Confident in Figma and collaborative tools like Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and using AI-driven tools to help early explorations, to enable design delivery and execution.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams, enabling collaboration and understanding.
  • Work in an Agile development environment, emphasising iterative design and rapid prototyping in an open and regular feedback culture.
  • Understanding of high level front-end development and the impact on design decisions, supporting collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and challenge your own products with a willingness to explore and test new insights.
